48 hours.

2) Do the repair comes with a warranty?

One year warranty (external damages are not covered).

3) What is the repair process?

Ship your damaged unit to our business address with all your contact information inside the box. We will contact you after receiving the unit with a quote. You may approve or disapprove the quote and must pay up front in order for the repair process to start.

4) Do you provide loaners?

We only provide loaners based on availability of units.

5) What forms of payment do we accept?

Payments we accept are: Paypal, credit card, and checks.

6) Do we accept PO from hospitals?

We only accept under the specific circumstances of the transaction.
